I spent weeks reading reviews and almost bought a board three times the price. Glad I started here instead. Added a 20-dollar clamp-on rod holder and a milk crate with bungees and I was fishing within a week. At 23 pounds I can carry it to the beach solo. Is it as stable as a 36-inch fishing SUP? No. But for learning the sport without breaking the bank, you cannot beat this.
Great board for the price. I use it for both recreational paddling and light fishing off Dana Point. The included paddle and pump are decent quality — better than I expected for a sub-600 dollar package. My one complaint is the deck pad.
